Optional means optional

You can browse the site and contact us without enabling analytics. We load optional analytics only after you agree. Accepting and rejecting optional analytics are equally available in the banner.

Use at any time to review or change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection in this browser; it does not undo processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

If you enable analytics, the site loads a beacon from Cloudflare to measure visits and page performance. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics and does not fingerprint individual users. We nevertheless make this analytics request optional on this website.

See Cloudflare’s data collection documentation and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for provider information. Consent is the basis on which this site enables optional analytics.

What this site stores in your browser

Privacy preference: the key mshield-privacy-choice in local storage records your analytics choice, the notice version, and the time of your decision. It lasts for up to 180 days before we ask again, unless you clear your browser storage sooner. This first-party preference is used only to remember your privacy settings.

The site’s own code does not set advertising cookies. Fonts, images, and scripts needed to display the page are served from the site itself. Hosting security features may operate separately from optional analytics.

Contact and hosting

Pilot and contact links open your email application. Sending an email shares your email address and any information you include with KAPIDATA so we can respond to your request. Avoid including credentials or sensitive customer data.

Delivering and protecting a website also requires handling connection information, such as an IP address and the requested URL, at the hosting layer. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent the technical processing required to deliver the page.

We process correspondence to answer your enquiry. Where you ask us to consider a contract, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract; for other enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in responding. Our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site are the basis for routine and critical security logs. Financial records, if a commercial relationship begins, are kept to meet legal accounting and tax obligations. Website hosting and email service providers process data needed to run the site and respond to enquiries; Cloudflare supplies optional analytics only when you consent. For details about specific service providers or international transfers, contact biuro@kapidata.pl.

How long we keep data

  • Email correspondence: up to 2 years.
  • Routine website and server logs: up to 2 years.
  • Critical security logs: up to 5 years.
  • Financial records: 5 years.

These periods apply to records held by KAPIDATA for the stated purposes. The browser privacy choice expires after 180 days; it can also be cleared in your browser. Cloudflare’s own retention terms for optional analytics are described in its linked privacy information.

Privacy requests

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent for optional analytics using Cookie settings. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including Poland’s UODO.
